Energy patties (vegan)

This is how you prepare tasty, healthy energy patties! :-D


a cup of quinoa with two cups of water and 5 minutes in you add a cup of yellow lentils

Add a glass of water

Wait another 5 minutes and add half a cup of oat flakes.

Throw in a quarter cup of yeast.

Add an onion, chervil and a pepper. Season with salt and pepper.


Leave it with the lid on for 5 more minutes.


Then put it in a blender and mix it to a sticky paste.


Power on a plate! Make them, taste them, love them!

Form a roll from the dough and cut off the patties. In some oil, fry. Done. Great! Tasty.


Serve on a plate of salad with a strong french dressing. Sprinkle some chopped chervil on top and go for it! :-D
