Coco-Macchiato - Maculated coconut?!

Yepp. To all non-Italians out there: "Macchiato" means maculated, stained. ;-)

Do you know that feeling when you wish for a perfect breakfast coffee? A big one that makes you lick your lips after every sip and gives you the impression to have all the time in the world?

Well, listen up! This coco-macchiato does exactly that! All you need is a can of coconut milk. Don't cook it but heat the milk, then foam it. Pour it into a beautiful glass and in goes some verrrry strong coffee. And you do not even have to sweeten it because of the sweet coconut milk. Perfect!
